now i can realise tat my
body lack of fibres.
yesterday nite was a misery.
i was weak until i cant even
WALKED.
i turned into bed early last nite.
until now,
my stomach is still weak.
running in and out of the
toilet consecutively.
l0ls.my toilet stinks yesterday.
this goes to show that my
bowel system aint tat healthy.
got to consume more fibre stuff.
but i loathe veggies.
they are so GREEN.and
tasteless.
i dun mind eating fruits.
