i freak out when i turned over the paper.

becuz out of the 3 structured qns.
THERE IS ONLY ONE WHICH I KNEW.
the 10 marks one.
didnt really read up a lot of britain
welfare state.anyhow crap some facts out.
hope to at least get 1 or 2 marks.
